PassCipher for teams
Buy a block of seats, hand them out as people join, and take them back when people leave. Every seat is a full PassCipher licence: two desktop computers plus one phone. One-time purchase, no subscription, no per-month anything.
The privacy wall
This is the part most teams care about, so it is worth being exact. PassCipher vaults are encrypted on each person's own machine under their own master password. Our servers have never held vault data of any kind, which means there is no setting to get wrong and no admin override to abuse.

Roles
The owner. Buys the seats, manages everyone, and can appoint another manager so the organisation is never one person away from being locked out.
Delegated admin. Assigns and removes staff seats and their devices, but can never create or touch another director or a manager.
An ordinary member. Sees only their own seat and can free up one of their own device slots when they change machines.
When someone leaves
Revoke the seat and it goes straight back into the pool for the next hire. The person keeps their vault: it is their own encrypted file, under their own master password, on their own machine, and it is not something we could take away even if we wanted to. If they want to keep using PassCipher personally they buy their own licence, activate on the same machine, and carry on exactly where they were.
